The flag in the photo uses a different logo, which has "Town of" at the left top and probably has "Alberta" at the bottom.

This is the flag of the Town of Vermilion (population: 4472) located in east central Alberta. On this flag is a depiction of a family being the roots of the community and the motto: �Solid Roots � Strong Future�.
