Alexandra Yacht Club
The club uses a triangular burgee, blue with a double hoist triangle. A red letter in each of the fields: top hoist triangle "A", bottom hoist triangle "Y", fly diamond "C".

The Alexandra Yacht Club located in Toronto, Canada,http://www.ayc.ca, was founded in 1906.
The By-Laws and rules of the club are silent on the issue of flags, and I don't know when the burgee was adopted, nor whether the colours or the design have a specific meaning. Presumably the letters are the abbreviation AYC. Likewise, I don't know whether the club uses officers' flags, a club flag, or any other kind of flag specific to the club.

The burgee is a very dark blue burgee, 1:2, with two touching white hoist triangles each 2/5th of the burgee's fly. In the upper triangle an A, in the lower a Y, in the fly a C, all red, bold capitals, of a wide sans font I was unable to identify and reproduce, approximately 1/6th of the hoist high, the c having a narrow white outline. The A and Y placed at 1/8th of the fly, the C just beyond 2/5th.
