This photo shows a view of the Paseo Maritimo (Seaside Promenade) of Pichidangui, Chile (Coquimbo reg., Choapa prov., Los Vilos comm.), taken on 29 October 2010 by Silvio Rossi.
What seems to be a cottage cafe/restaurant has on its frontyard three or four flags: One is the well known flag of Coca-Cola, one (possibly two) other are limp and seen as and undistinguishable tangle of red, white, and yellowish green, and a white flag, seemingly 2:3, with thick tall black capitals "PF" within (even "behind" although with white gaps) a wide red ring, as if a mock prohibition road sign.

The pole would have to be angled really bad for a circle to have that much perspective distortion in that direction.
Anyway, it's Productos Fern�ndez, maker of sausages and similar.

It is the flag of Productos Fern�ndez S.A., a Chilean company established in 1903 that produces cured meat. The logo in the middle is not a circle, but an oval, as seen here.
