Uni�n Colegiada del Notariado Colombiano (Collegiate Union of Colombian Notaries) is a non-profit organization established with the purpose of the moral, intellectual, academic elevation, scientific, technological and material of the Notarial Institution and to stimulate in its associated compliance with the Political Constitution, the laws and the principles of Notarial Deontology, for the neat and efficient exercise of the Notarial Function. They also collaborate with the Ministry of Justice and Lawand the Notary and Registry Superintendency in the functions of management, advisory, instruction, control and surveillance of the public service provided by notaries and, especially, in relation to offenses or infractions that violate the law, attributed to notaries. Likewise with the other control bodies and surveillance established in the Political Constitution and in the law.
