From spanol.geocities.com/magangue2001: "La Bandera de Magangué con rectángulos verde y blanco y el Escudo de la ciudad en el centro, fue oficializada mediante Acuerdo No. 006 del 21 de Marzo de 1991. La remodelación de la bandera fue labor de la Casa de la Cultura por iniciativa del profesor Ramón Viñas Rojas."

The flag is a horizontal flag with two a main square in the middle (white) and an outer square (green) with the coat of arms in the middle as seen here:http://magangue-bolivar.gov.co/apc-aa-files/38343834656435623235343939323163/bandera.jpg(source:http://www.magangue-bolivar.gov.co/informacion_general.shtml#simbolos).
