There is an image of the Coat of Arms of Casanare at the official website of the Government of the Department of Casanare. There, they mentiond the authors of the Coat of Arms as Ana Isbel Navarro M., André Abellaneda "Obeen", and Master Heraldrists. The leyend on the bottom reads TRABAJO Y LIBERTAD (Labor and Freedom) on balck letters on a red background.
