Overview

Aguachica is a municipality in Cesar Department. It was founded on 16 August 1748 by José Lázaro de Rivera.
Neither wikipedianor the municipal web site report a municipal flag. However, photos at municipal web site (one in the banner of the pages and one here) show a white flag with green unidentified charge.
