Overview

Two different combination of same colors are presented. The municipal web site show a green-white-yellow triband while the departmental web site show different flag : two vertical bands of white-green and horizontal yellow stripe. The second flag with different combination of colors is reported for El Espinal.

The municipal sitenow gives a completely new flag, and coa, that I hope someone who is not about to go to bed will report on. The flag that looked similar to that of El Espinal is still reported at <http://www.tolima.gov.co/municipios/coyaima/aspectos.html>. Based on that I made 2:3, and 3:5 versions. I'm not sure about the ratio; it might even be somewhere in between.
(I used FotW colours, as I don't know what the flag really looks like. I don't think the stripes are of equal size on this one, so it probably shouldn't be considered equal but for the colours.)

The triband, using the more or less 3:5 ratio of thestored (It might be 5:8, though.), and standard colours. Mostly makes the stripes of equal size.
