Overview

Santa Rosalia municipal web site show the flag of the department (yellow over green). However, the description is of a flag of three colors: yellow-white-green: "FUE DISEÑADA POR EL PADRE GUILLERMO OBANDO EN ESE ENTONCES SANTA ROSALIA ERA CORREGIMIENTO. ESTA FORMADA POR TRES COLORES: AMARILLO, BLANCO Y VERDE, QUE SIGNIFICA "RIQUEZA Y PAZ SOBRE LA LLANURA".
