Presentation of Alayköy

The municipality of Alayköy (Greek, Γερόλακκος; 2,771 inhabitants in 2011) is located 15 km north-west of Nicosia.
By the 2016-2018 administrative reform, the municipality of Alayköy should be incorporated in 2018 into the municipality of Gönyeli.
