Praha 16 is the same as Radotín

Praha-Radotin: the new flag is horizontal blue-white-red, with a blue cogwheel in the center of white stripe. The cogwheel should have 8 cogs, 4 "radii" and a central circle with a diamond-shaped hole. Note that the cogwheel is *blue* on the flag
(instead of silver as in Coat of Arms).
