Ostrava - Třeboviceis a ward of Ostrava city, with images at this website. This is a historical Coat of Arms of c. 1532, granted by
Emperor and King Ferdinand I, son of Karel V. The fish is a "kapra" - a carp. Flag and arms adopted 11 Apr 1994.
