Nový Rychnov municipality flag

Nový Rychnov is a municipality in Vysocina region (Pelhřimov okres) in Czechia. Its flag was adopted 8 June 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004, as well as on themunicipal pages.
Flagdescription: red with a white castle, with open gate, with top center a herald clothed in blue, trumpetting, and holding a halbard.
