Waldstetten Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, a lion rampant Or.
Meaning:
The lion is reminding on the Lords of Rechberg, whose arms displayedtwo red lions in a golden shield. The tinctures of the municipal arms were chosen arbitrarily.

The banner was approved on 8 September 1965 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, based upon the colours of the arms and published in GABl 485/1965. The arms were approved on 6 September 1937 by the Imperial Governor (Reichsstatthalter) of Württemberg.
