Shield parted per fess, at dexter quartered of Argent and Sable, at sinister Or three antlers sable in pale.
Meaning:
The arms combine the arms of the former States of Württemberg (antlers) and Hohenzollern (quarters). The colours of the city flag of Balingen, the capital of the county, are the same. Furthermore black and white are the colours of Hohenzollern, black and yellow those of the arms of Württemberg. With only a few exceptions, the whole county belonged historically to either one of these States.

The arms were approved on 2 August 1974. Flag and banner are used unofficially. Information was confirmed by letter from County Archive to Falko Schmidt on 10 September 1999-
