Shield parted per fess wavy, above Azure a sinister facing seagull Argent beaked Or, beneath Argent a fishnet Azure.
Meaning:
Seagull and line of partition are stressing the character as a seaside resort and spa. The fishnet is alluding to fishery as former important business line. The flag colours are those of Pommern.

The flag was approved on 1 March 2017 and the arms were approved on 2 February 1999 by Minister of Interior of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and published in the Municipal Roll of Arms Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as no.180.

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure an anchor Argent and in chief three rape blossoms Or seeded Gules ordered per fess, at sinister Argent, a demi-wheel Azure couped per pale.
Meaning:
The rape blossoms are symbolising agriculture in Mölschow proper. The anchor is symbolising fishery in Zecherin. The wheel is representing crafts in Bannemin.

The arms were approved on 26 January 1998by Minister of Interior of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and published in the Municipal Roll of Arms Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as no.149. The flag has never been approved officially.

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a seahorse Or, at sinister Argent a yew branch Vert with berries Gules.
Meaning:
The seahorse is taken from the former municipal arms from 1951, which however didn't match heraldic rules. The seahorse is also symbolising the character of the municipality as a seaside resort. The yew is referring to the old Slavic name of the settlement, meaning "yew". The flag tinctures are those of Pommern.

Flag and arms were approved on 28 February 2000 by Minister of Interior of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and published in the Municipal Roll of Arms Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as no.82.
