It is a red-white vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top (see left image above) or in a white bannerhead (see right image above). Under the shield is a black Gothic inscription "Sulzfeld a. Main" in a white scroll.

Sulzfeld Coat of Arms
Baroque shield Gules, three crossed arrows Argent, flanked by two heraldic roses of the same seeded Or.
Meaning:
The arms are based on a seal of a local court of justice from 1639. The tinctures wer fixed in 1962. They are referring to Franken and to the Bishopric of Würzburg, the former local ruler.
