It is a yellow - black vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
In a golden (=yellow) field is a black falcon armed silver (=white).
Meaning:
According to source the falcon is taken from the arms of the kin of von Valcke, who died out in 18th century. The falcon was canting.
