Dieterskirchen Coat of Arms
Shield Gules a church Argent, issuant from base a triplemount of the same charged with a hunting horn Gules. The seal has a black circumscription in Gothic letters "Bayern" (above) and "Gemeinde Dieterskirchen" (below) separated by to little circles.
Meaning:
Mount and horn are canting elements from the family arms of the Barons of Horneck, who ruled the local district (Bavarian: Hofmark) and built castle and church. The church is a representation of the local parish church, dedicated to St. Ulrich.
