Background

The INDRH (Instituto Nacional de Recursos Hidr�ulicos) (National Institute of Hydraulic Resources) is a Dominican Republic government agency whose goal is the present and future supply of water and hydraulic energy of proper quality to the people. The flag is seen on these three photos: here, here (second flag from left to right), and here (third flag from left to right).
