The canton was formed on 24 October 2001. The flag of the canton of Pablo Sexto is divided into two equal white and green horizontal stripes. A yellow triangle is placed along the hoist, its height reaching one fourth of the flag length.
Ivan Sache, 17 June 2006 and 25 October 2008

Pablo Sexto is Almost surely named after Pope Paul VI. The flag does not reflect this connection, though, at least not by resorting to the Paul VI papal arms.
António Martins-Tuválkin, 19 June 2006
