Eugene Ipavec was born in Yugoslavia in 1980. He joined FOTW in 2004, and the editorial staff in 2005. He currently lives in Tustin, California.

Besides being an editor, Eugene was one of our most talented and prolific illustrators when he was active on FOTW. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to begining editors and collogues like myself when time and circumstances permitted.
