Description
The flag of the Real Club Náutico de Madrid is [purple] with a white cross of St. Andrew. Even though Madrid is in the middle of the plain, there is a reservoir (Pantano de San Juan) where to sail.
José Carlos Alegría, 12 Jan 2000
The club, established in 1958 as Club Náutico de Madrid, adopted a burgee "with a white saltire over the purple of Castile."
