The community of communes of Île-Rousse - Balagne is an intercommunal structure located in Corsica.
It was created on January 1, 2017 and formed by the merger of the former community of communes of the Bassin de vie de l'Île-Rousse and the former ommunity of communes of E Cinque Pieve di Balagna. It has
10,873 inhabitants on 389.6 km² spread across 22 communes. Its headquarters are in L'Île-Rousse.
The flag is white with the community logo: photo (2021), photo (2021).
