Presentation of Lys-Haut-Layon

The municipality of Lys-Haut-Layon (7,830 inhabitants in 2018; 17,864 ha) was established on 1 January 2016 as the merger of the former municipality of Vihiers, Les Cerqueux-sous-Passavant, La Fosse-de-Tigné, Nueil-sur-Layon, Tancoigné, Tigné, and Trémont.
