Raunds is a market town in Northamptonshire, England.

The arms on the flag has a blue scroll with yellow lettering. On the arms the scroll is yellow with black lettering.

The arms are blazoned "Azure on a bend Or three lozenges murrey", but the representation on the flag is "Azure on a bend Or three mascles gules" while the flag field is murrey.
