Description of the flag

Balcombe is a wonderful village set in the heart of Mid Sussex between the North & South Downs. With approximately 1700 residents, Balcombe is a thriving community, with many local shops, a mainline train service between Brighton & London as well as a local primary school, church and local estate.https://balcombeparishcouncil.com/about/

I saved the image above in 2012 - a horizontal green-blue-green flag with the blue stripe narrower, and the village emblem centred.
