Presentation of Pavlos Melas

The municipality of Pavlos Melas (99,245 inhabitants in 2011; 2,492 ha) was formed in the 2011 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities of Efkarpia (Ευκαρπία, 6,598 inh.), Polichni (Πολίχνη, 36,146 inh.) and Stavropouli (Σταυρούπολη, 41,653 inh.).
