Presentation of Polygyros

The municipality of Polygyros (22,048 inhabitants in 2011; 95,200 ha) was formed in the 2011 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities of Anthemountas (Ανθεμούντας, 4,540 inh.), Ormylia (Ορμύλια, 4,745 inh.), Polygyros (11,386 inh.) and Zervochoria (Ζερβοχώρια, 3,146 inh.).
