Presentation
I came across some interesting images taken in Guinea Bissau. They feature the president of Guinea Bissau in his presidential palace. There are four flags next to him, from left to right, flag of African Union, then a red flag with coat of arms, third one is the national flag, and the last one is a white flag with coat of arms:

The same flags are displayed in this video, too:https://rtpafrica.rtp.pt/noticias/guine-bissau-major-general-inta-a-nomeado-chefe-do-estado/
The red flag with coat of arms is used as a car flag shown in this picture:https://www.dnoticias.pt/2023/12/8/385966-guineenses-em-portugal-apelam-a-marcelo-para-ajudar-a-travar-sissoco/
My assumption is that there are two flags used by the president. He is also Commander-in-Chief of Armed forces, a four-star general, so he uses thered flag in this authority. And the white flag could be the civilian presidential flag.

Several other former Portuguese colonies have presidential flags that are plain red with the national coat of arms on them: So Tom, Angola, and Mozambique.
