Overview
Csákvárs a town located in Fejér county, Hungary. The history of the village of Csákvár dates back to the 13th century. In the 1300s the settlement was owned by the Csák clan. Due to Ottoman conquest of Hungary Csákvár population was also reduced, so Germans were settled in the village, who established manufactures, like pottery. It became a town in 2013.

The Flag
Its flag is white with its coat of arms in the middle of the flag. Two vertical stripes are placed at hoist and at fly, green and yellow, which symbolizes dye colours used by local potters. Width of vertical stripes are one-fifth of flag width. Proportions of the flag are 1:2.
