Carlingford Sailing Club

In the Picasa album of henry, photo dated 11 Aug 2007 (http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/notthesundayrun/) is a yacht from the Carlingford Sailing Club at Carlingford, situated just across the Lough (border with Ireland): http://csc.camp8.org/. Essential information on this site is accessible only to members I suppose. In any case the Club is also the seat of the Carlingford Sail Training Centre. The yacht ensign detail can be found on the Gallery, left menu, Dinghy Oyster Pearl 2009 linked to Picasa website 4 Jul 2009:http://picasaweb.google.com/CarlingfordSailingClub.

The lovely, Book of Kells-like running creature (yellow, black adornments) surrounded by grey or silver curlicues may be seen here athttp://www.carlingfordsailingclub.net/contents/en-us/2008_OysterPearl_SI.pdf.

Burgees.com shows a blue burgee bearing the cute mammal (all yellow) belonging to the Dundalk and Carlingford Sailing Club. Direct link to moving image here:http://www.burgees.com/images/DundalkCarlingfordSC.gif. On the theory that the DCSC is now simply the CSC this burgee is shown here.

Here you can see more detail of our friendly mammal - it is merely somewhat smaller than on the image above:http://www.flickr.com/photos/cayc/4048269354. By the way, does anybody know this striking creature?
