Description
The legislation of 2003 brought to the unification of two former local Councils.
Zoran is situated in North Sharon area. Initiated in 1992 with first inhabitants entered their homes in 1994. Local Council since 1997 with population of 5,700. Zoran had no symbols prior to the unification.
Qadima became Local Council in 1950. 9,400 Inh. (2003)
The new Local Council adopted a new emblem and since I don't know what color is used as background, I placed it, meanwhile, on white.
Note that even thou the official name put Zoran first, in the emblem it is the other way around
