I contacted the Princely States (Private Facebook page) about any information for the Achrol Thikana and got some answers. A drawing of the flag was provided by the Administrator of the group, Abhijit Malwade.https://www.facebook.com/groups/213227172048228

My drawing of an image of the flag of Achrol is based on the photo provided by Vanja. It shall be borne on the observer's mind that what is seen in the photo, might actually be an oval, or even a less regular shape, however the rectangular shape of the charge is kept here, for there is no information what was the drawing actually based on - perhaps it is indeed meant to be a
rectangle.
