Overview

"The Ramsar Convention (formally, the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance, especially as Waterfowl Habitat) is an international treaty for the conservation and sustainable utilization ofwetlands, recognizing the fundamental ecological functions of wetlands and their economic, cultural, scientific, and recreational value. Probably the flag on picture taken in Switzerland was manufactured based on Swiss traditions in square form, but Ramsar also uses normal rectangular flags.

Meetings of Conference of the Contracting Parties

After reading the update on this topic, Ramsar, I found that one of the images provided shows besides the Ramsar flag, the flag of the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP10), first flag on the left. This leads me to think that also all meetings have (at least) a logo and some (if not all) have its respective flag.
So here's the list of meetings orConferences in which "every three years, representatives of the governments of each of the Contracting Parties meet as the Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP), to agree on a work programme and budgetary arrangements for the next triennium and consider guidance on a range of ongoing and emerging environmental issues. Representatives of non-member states, intergovernmental institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) also participate in these meetings as non-voting observers" and whenever possible, the respective flag is mentioned:
