About
The Three Seas Initiative (3SI or TSI), also known as the Baltic, Adriatic and Black Sea initiative (BABS) and more recently simply as the Three Seas, is a 13-state forum launched in 2015 by Polish and Croatian Presidents Andrzej Duda and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović (respectively). It was influenced by the Polish "Intermarium" concept of Piłsudski in the interwar period and aims to create regional dialogue and cooperation in economic matters, particularly in the field of energy, transport and communication infrastructure, through various major projects.

Description of the Flag
The flag is a white logo on a dark blue background. "The logo comprises a representation of the number 3 with part of the upper and lower arcs cut out and the text ‘Three Seas’. This figure symbolises the investment needs of the countries that have joined the initiative in three main areas: the transport, energy and digital sectors. It is also symbolic of the three seas the countries border: the Adriatic, the Baltic and the Black Sea." (TSI Trademark webpage)
