Bergamo Province - Mountain Communities
Here are flags or symbols of Bergamasque "Comunità montane" (mountain communities), in Lombardy, Northern Italy. These communities are association of municipalities located in the same valley, and have administrative, economic and police patrol duties. These flags are quite recent: these communities where established in the '70s, so they are maximum 30 years old.
In Bergamo province we have 8 "Comunnità montane".

The designs seems to be modern ones in contrast with Valle San Martino that had a more traditional flag.
