Civil Ensign

I was sent a message on Facebook asking if I ever heard or seen of the Jamaica Red Ensign. After doing some digging, I was pointed out tohttps://www.onboardonline.com/yacht-industry-news/business/international-yacht-bureau-launches-a-new-red-ensign-with-the-maritime-authority-of-jamaica/where an organization worked with the Maritime Authority of Jamaica to help establish a Red Ensign for private craft in April 2022. It seems to be used more for pleasure craft and yachts. I could not find any legislation or any specifications. The only pictures I saw had a national flag in the canton position of a red field.
