Flag

Located in Hachioji City Tokyo and established in 1996. The embroidered ceremonial flag has blue background with a gold emblem in gold fringe. The school color blue represents modesty, honesty, and quiet courage. The university emblem is a design based on the Chinese character 心 for "heart" and the four music lines of Gregorian chant.
