The flag of the town of Oma is blue with mark.

The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Aug 1st 1966 by Notice No 30. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The emblem represents three areas forming the town and the reconciliation. The flag proportion is 7: 10. The height of the emblem is 6.5/10 height of the flag and the length of the emblem is 4.4/10 length of the flag.
