The village emblem was adopted on Jul 18th 1972 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana さ Sa of Sai. The circle symbolizes a reconciliation and a solidarity of the villagers and the flying bird does an exponential development in industrial culture.
