The flag of the village of Fudai is green with mark.

The village emblem was adopted in 1964 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana ふ Fu of Fudai in a form of waves. The circle symbolize a beacon lamp, a peace and a development. The center part stands for a solidarity.
