The flag of the village of Kamikoani is blue with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Aug 5th 1960 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized katakana カ Ka of Kamikoani in a form of a pigeon. It represents a peace and a development of the village.
