The flag of the town of Kosaka is maroon with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1972 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is stylized kanji 小坂 Kosaka. The surrounding circle symbolizes a deer.
