The flag of the town of Furudono is maroon with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Dec 24th 1957 by Ordinance No 37 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana ふ Fu of Furudono. The circle symbolizes an unity and a conformity of the town and the center arrow does a traditional event of Yahata Shrine, Yabusame Japanese traditional mounted archery as a symbol of the development of the town.
