The flag of the village of Katsurao is maroon with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Feb 4th 1977 by Notice No 3 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized K of Katsurao. It represents a reconciliation and a solidarity of the villagers.
