The flag of the village of Otama is white with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Jun 26th 1972 by Notice No 16 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized O and T of OTama. The letter O stands for peace and T for unlimited development.
