The flag of the town of Shinchi is blue with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Nov 1st 1971 by Notice No 9 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana しん Shin of Shinchi. The circle symbolizes a reconciliation, a solidarity and the town itself, the flying bird does a development of the town industrial culture. it represents an image of the town which flaps wings into the sea like a bird.
