The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Oct 11th 2005 by Notice No 1. The white flag has a green and a blue two color city emblem in the center. The city emblem depicts a morning sun and waves. The waves symbolize a harmony of the people and nature. it represents an image of the city which seeks for a harmy of the people and rich natural circumstances and grows big.
The flag proportion is 2:3. The height of the emblem is 7/10 of height of the flag.
