The flag of the village of Katashina is blue with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 1989 by Notice No 24 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a green, a yellow, and a white three color village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized kanji 片品 Katashina in a lower part and a village flower white skunk cabbages in an upper part.
